SHIPPING & RETURN INFO

07/2020 UPDATE : Delivery times can take a bit longer at this time. While we ship your order out within 2-4 days, it may take an extra long time to arrive particularly if using 1st Class Mail. We appreciate your patience.

All orders are shipped from our studio on the North Shore of Oahu. We take great care in the entire in-house creation process from formulation, production, packaging and shipping. You will absolutely feel our Aloha through our products, from our hands to yours.

We ship everything via USPS with cost calculated by weight at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

1st Class mail option does not include insurance. If you wish to add insurance indicate this in the Notes section at checkout and we will send an invoice for the insurance amount.

Please remember that overnight Express is 2 days from Hawaii. (It should be called Overnight + 1 night)

Tracking is not available on all international orders once they leave the US. If you wish to add additional insurance to your international order, please indicate this in the Notes section at checkout and we will send an invoice for the insurance amount.

** Aim HI is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, porch pirate theft, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping address. Please check your tracking and double check your shipping address at checkout. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges at this time. 

For damaged or broken delivered items that arrive in unusable condition, please email aloha@aimhieveryday.com and include photo proof of damage with your order # and contact info within two (2) days of delivery and we will figure it out with you from there as each case is different and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Aim HI is not responsible for items damaged after delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
